nice idea -an internet treasure hunt with a twist
The actual need for computers for game play was 100% unique and different….i doubt anyone else even thought of this.
Very original use of modern equipment and popular culture.
This was the first game that I have ever played that has to deal with searching through the [...]

Comments on Ain’t Nuttin’ Like Frontin’ (Brian)

Comments on Originality

reminded me a bit too much of Max’s boxing game
Interesting although strange.
Way different than anything else…the physical aspect of actually arm-wrestling against others was the biggest difference.
Quite original
Based off of arm wrestling but the deception variable as well as the team aspect set it pretty well apart.

very reminisant of wait wait don’t tell me
I thought this game was really clever. Calling someone’s creative bluff is something that I’ve only really seen in Balderdash, which is itself quite different from this.
Reminded me of charades - if I had to place it in a similar context as another game - but [...]

a nice remix of 20 questions and Animal Vegetable Mineral with a twist

Never seen a game that uses clues in such a memory based way.
Completely new idea.

Comments on If you can’t BEET then join them (Derek)

Comments on Originality

I would say this is probably the most original proverb game weve seen. loved the boss/workers idea Very well done Derek!
Eh, much like a carnaval game for children.
The combination of hand eye coordination and marketing and bosses and keeping track of scores on a sheet and trying to form the best team and [...]

found stuffed animals - meh
Game pieces worked, but were simply objects to toss.
The only pieces were the objects getting tossed around so they did a fantastic job!
maybe the bears could be replaced with boxes or presents.

Comments for Life is like a Bitter Sweet Bag of Chocolates (Eddo)

Comments on Originality

The making-the-rules-on-the-fly part was pretty cool and definitely hadn’t been done up to that point…I wanted to do that too but didn’t think it’s be such a good idea.
saw a game made up on the fly…awsome.

A very Nice twist on team battle ship with the multiplayer aspect
Good job, Monica!
Most intriguing game i saw for this assignment! Good combination of mental ability as well as hand-eye coordination. The set-up was very unique as well.
It was a little too much like a reenvisioning of Battleship.
Almost like battleship, but you can [...]

charades with fizzle fuzzy sticks
It was a kind of mix between charades and sculptorades.
It reminded me of a pictionary game but with sculpting.
Like charades
Seemed to be a little based on that clay molding Katamari game… jus sayin!
