One grape stem is photocopied repeatedly with photocopies behind it, sometimes rotated and enlarged, to create layering.

Water adds interesting white highlights, and the enlarging creates a grainy texture.

I wanted the final image to look something like an abstract painting, and not look to be made by a xerox machine.
