My approach was to use the Bart Simpson character jump over the fire hydren. At first, I wanted to use black and white to bring out the "old trend" black and white cartoon animation, the process was successful and the result was quite satisfied. When comparing with color, however, the black and white theme did not have the motion and variety i thought it would have at the very begining so I decided to choose the color theme for my final composition.
Originally I had my character jumped twice instead of once. Later on, I wanted to try something different so I made my character jumped once and see how it would come out; combining it with color, the result was phenomeno.
