Electrophotography
Basically, what I want to do with this ‘Beetle’ insect figure was to create an illusion of the inside of a bug’s hideout, where hundreds and thousands of bugs just crawling around just like the discovery channel. After coping the insect image, I’ve decided to make this bigger, since the real size of the beetle is really tiny, only a quarter inch width and half an inch length. Thus, I decided to enlarge the image to its max and I just play around with all the different sizes, lightening and darkening on the Xerox machine. Furthermore, I used photoshop to help me skewed and distorted the final image.
