My main animation is basically a guitar that has strings that morph into snakes. I traced a picture of my guitar and then animated the strings. The circular animation was something I decided would continue the music and snake theme.

 

As far as changes go, I decided to add color to the snakes and strings, in addition to making the guitar black. One subtle suggestion that I decided to take was to make the fret bars fade out while the strings/snakes are up off the neck of the guitar. This helped differentiate between when the strings were on the neck and when they weren’t.
