I decided that my project should include photography, and using the concept of “xeroxing”, I created generations of photos within photos. The trick is, I took a picture of an object, printed it out, took a picture of that print out, printed that out, then took a picture of that, etc...

 

I thought that black and white printouts would give a better feeling of “oldness” to the generations within the photos. However, in the end, I decided that the process needed a dab of color, so I colorized the one cell where the original was.
