Final Project

Intended Readership:

My dad and others who don't like using computers. They dont like all the text and hot links so close to each other. They end up clicking the wrong thing and getting lost. The site should be easy to navigate. One should never get lost.

Appropriate Style:

Something that looks as far away from a cluttered newspaper as possible. I want it to have clean, easy navigation. I want the text to have a Star Trek and Tron look because those shows revolved around computer technology. I also want it to look like a page sitting on the lights and circuits of the internet hardware.

These are all made by the same company. Their page looks cleaner than the other sites that they made.

Colors:

For colors I may use a grey metal symbolic of the material used in most of the computer hardware. I also want to use a soft sky blue where most of the wireless information travels. I'll also use elements that look like lights on a complex circuit board or something. I'll also use orange because it is believed to be a color that symbolizes creativity.

Font Possibilities:

I may use Denmark for titles, and helvetica,verdana,san-serif for small text. Denmark looks like a Star Trek and Tron font. The helvetica,verdana,san-serif combo is readable at small sizes.
