PS 5: Part 1

Since the primary target audience for this site is people who dont know much about the internet but want to learn more, i think the information should be easily to navigate. I would also want it to be clean, and orderly without too much text up front as to not intimidate the reader.

As many sites are now doing, I would like to have a section where people can leave feedback/comments in order to edit sections etc.

This is a list of goals:
1. Clean
