For this assignment, I chose to use the conversion between one's height and
weight in comparison to the body-mass index. The body-mass index, or BMI for
short, is a reference number one can use to see if they are over or underweight
at their given height. While the BMI is not the final judge of health, it certainly
helps give one an dea of their current status.
The BMI is calculated by finding dividing the weight in kilograms by square
of the height in meters. Then this number is compared to a chart to see wheter
one is obese or not. Those who are overweight or obese should consider weight
loss, or risk serious health problems.

| BMI | Weight Status |
| Below 18.5 | Underweight |
| 18.5 to 24.9 | Normal |
| 25 to 29.9 | Overweight |
| 30 and Above | Obese |
