Cloninger's Understanding the Web as Media

After looking at Curt Cloninger's article entitled "Understanding the Web as Media",
I realized that my use of his six characteristics is limited. I'm not sure if this is because
I am building my site in Flash or not. In fact I am not sure if php is usable within Flash,
but if it is I could change a few things to utilize more of Cloninger's components.

I would add a link at the bottom with my other links that could be a section to add comments.
Another option would be to have a scrolling bar at the bottom of the page with a reader's thoughts.

If this was added, my site would include many to many networking with the other two characteristics
listed below.

As is my site will include the multimedia characteristic. I would like to take advantage of Flash
and have a quick animation as an introduction and maybe transitions between linked pages.
My site is location independent because it can be viewed on a desktop computer or a
laptop computer. As for a PDA, cell phone, or pager, I'm not sure.
