Vector Rendering

Select Window->Rendering Editors->Render Settings.

From Render Using, select Maya Vector.

In the Common tab, name the File Name Prefix.

From Image Format, select PNG or JPG (you will need to open this file in Illustrator or Photoshop, so test to see which one works better for you).

From Renderable Camera select Cam1 (Camera1).

Select a larger Image Size and Resolution (i.e. above 1000 by 1000 and a 300 DPI will get you a better image).

In the Maya Vector tab, under Edge Options, select Include Edges. Set a thin Edge Weight and select Edge Detail.

Close Render Settings.

Select Rendering mode from the upper left drop-down. Select Render->Batch Render.

The Camera view image will be rendered out to a file stored in the pathway indicated in your Render Settings.
