Project B

By Eric Yuichi Murabata

WHO AM I?

Explaination

A quote that I once heard a stated something along the lines of, good character design entails the ability for the general audience to be able to recognize a character just from the characters outline/silhouette. Thus I decided to use this project to examine this claim.

Process

1. First I found three images of several well known characters, made prints and then cut them out.

2. I then laid the image on a piece of white paper.

3. Using ink, a brush, and the hollow part of a pen, I blew ink onto the character image and sheet of paper.
