Just got back from vacation. I found this interesting article on Maytag
and how it's started using blogs to get feedback from customers and test
out new products.
The new blog has helped answer customer questions and provide information quickly to individual customers.
Seems to be working for them although they have not made the blog an official
part of their company...
I saw this on the News stand and grabbed it! They do a pretty good
job of covering the emergence of corporate blogging as a new aspect of business.
Look past the yakkers, hobbyists, and political mobs. Your customers and rivals are figuring blogs out. Our advice: Catch up...or catch you later
